If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We want you to be completely thrilled with your order. If you are not happy; we’re not happy.

For a full refund or exchange – contact us within 3 days of purchase.

Repairs or Replacements

For repairs or replacements – we will fix or replace your Clippies for up to six months after date of purchase. Please understand that this does not cover “abnormal wear and tear” or neglect. This is a provision specifically for maintenance on well-loved Clippies that could use a little TLC. You are responsible for shipping on repairs and replacements. This does not apply to Free Giftie-Clippies, Thank You Giftie-Clippies or Custom Orders.

Custom Orders

For Custom Orders
After receiving your email, we will prepare your order and send you an email invoice detailing your order as well as the total amount due.

In this email, there will be a link that will take you to PayPal to pay the invoice. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. Once in PayPal, look for the option at the bottom “Select Payment Option” and choose either PayPal OR Use Credit Card or Bank Account. Then fill in the Billing Information – and you’re done! (You will receive a receipt from PayPal).

Shipping (Domestic & International)

We ship USPS unless you request otherwise. Shipping is ADDITIONAL and not included in the price of the Clippies listed on our website. Shipping costs will be dependent on what type of Clippie is ordered, quantity and shipping method and will be determined at the time you email me your order.

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We pride ourselves in our ability to process orders and get them in the mail – our standard is the next business day after purchase. While most purchases will make that target, please understand that this family business revolves around our children, not before them. Additionally, no orders will be processed on Sunday; they will be handled first thing Monday mornings. Thank you for your understanding!
