The Halloween clippies are so cute! Great customer service! After I had placed an order, went to my email and found a coupon. I opened it up thinking, “oh, well. I missed my chance to apply it to my order.” then Julie emailed me, noticing I had opened it but not used it and offered me a refund for the amount on the coupon! I didn’t know something like that could be done. Thank you so much!
